His speaking style is described as engaging, biblical, transparent, humorous yet practical. He is known to say, “I don’t believe in speaking just to be heard, if something I share can’t be applied to your life to affect positive change, I’ve wasted your time.” In addition to pastoring Heart Fellowship, Cedric and his wife Michelle own and operate Healing Thine Hearts Ministries, a Christian based counseling ministry for couples and families. Through this platform, Cedric has become a published author (4Ts For Your Heart), regularly speaks at conferences and retreats and facilitates workshops on topics regarding the heart, family, and relationships. She is the co-founder of Healing Thine Hearts(HTH), a 501c3 non-profit organization focus on sharing God’s heart for families, marriages, and relationships through counseling, workshops, and public speaking. HTH also works with organization that support Veterans, 1st Responders, and the state of Texas to recover and rebuild relationships via their unique facilitation and original curriculum. She is also a Board-Certified Belief Therapist. Michelle has been married to Cedric White for 21 years and has 3 children Crystal, Cedric II and Derick andhas 5 grandchildren.

Russ Vought joined the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) when President Trump took office. Vought served as Director of OMB for nearly two years, first in an acting capacity and then confirmed by the Senate. He was a member of the President’s Cabinet and was responsible for overseeing the implementation of the President’s policy, management, and deregulatory agendas across the Executive Branch.
During the Trump Administration, OMB was a key office in pushing for conservative victories and helping President Trump cut through bureaucracy. During his four years at OMB, Russ was one of Trump’s most trusted and competent managers, even called by The Economist, the President’s Toolkit.
Prior to serving in the Trump Administration, Russ spent more than 20 years working in Washington, D.C. with
grassroots and public policy organizations. He worked for seven years as Vice President of Heritage Action for America. Prior to this, he worked on Capitol Hill, serving as the Policy Director for the House Republican Conference, under then-Chairman Mike Pence, and as the Executive Director of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), and as a legislative assistance for U.S. Senator Phil Gramm.
Russ graduated with a BA from Wheaton College in 1998 and a JD from the George Washington University Law School in 2004. He lives in Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
