State Representative Jeff Leach proudly serves the citizens of House District 67, consisting of portions of Plano, Allen, Richardson and Dallas in Collin County. A constitutional conservative, Representative Leach has consistently proven himself to be an effective leader in the fight for liberty and to ensure that Texas remains prosperous and strong. Representative Leach has been recognized by leading organizations across the state for his service and impact in the Texas House of Representatives. Specifically, Leach has been named a "Taxpayer Champion" by Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, the state's largest taxpayer watchdog organization and a "Courageous Conservative" by the Texas Conservative Coalition. The Center for Security Policy recently honored Leach with their annual “Defender of Freedom Award” for his tireless work in advancing “American Law for American Courts” – monumental legislation which works to preserve and protect our constitutional freedoms. Representative Leach has also been recognized by leading conservative and business organizations across the state for his service and impact in the Texas House of Representatives including Texas Eagle Forum, Texas Right to Life, Texas Values, Concerned Women for America, Texas State Rifle Association, Texas TURF and the Texas Association of Realtors. Currently, Representative Leach serves as Vice-Chairman of the House Committee on Urban Affairs and as a Member on the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development. Leach has also served on the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence and the House Committee on Government Transparency and Operations. Leach previously served on the Policy Committee for the Texas House Republican Caucus. Born and raised in Plano, Representative Leach graduated from Plano Senior High before attending Baylor University, where he served as Student Body President for two terms. He went on to earn his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. Named a 2017 “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyer, Jeff currently practices at the law firm of Gray Reed & McGraw, P.C. in Dallas, where he specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation, construction law and real estate. Representative Leach is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Medical Center of Plano and serves on the Advisory Board of Meals on Wheels of Collin County. He and his wife Becky, an author and small business owner, are the proud parents of Brady (age 9), Charlotte (age 7) and Landry (age3). In addition to service with numerous other community organizations, Jeff and Becky are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church, where they have served for several years in the Young Families Ministry.

Jeff Martin serves as the Executive Director of Ministry Advancement. Prior to his current role, Jeff served as the National Director of Camp and Campus Ministries at the NSC. Before joining the NSC staff, Jeff was the SW Oklahoma FCA Area Director in Lawton, Okla., for 14 years. During that time, he founded Fields of Faith, which has become an annual national outreach event for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Jeff grew up in Harrah, Okla., where he competed in football and basketball at Harrah High School. He attended college and was a member of the football team at East Central University in Ada, Okla. Martin went on to receive a Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. Jeff currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife Julie, and they have three children: AJ, Ashleigh and Alexis.

Jeff Mateer is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer of First Liberty Institute, where he serves as a member of the executive leadership team and oversees First Liberty’s operations, including its legal, media/communications, external affairs, marketing, and administrative teams, and First Liberty’s Center for Religion, Culture and Democracy.Jeff rejoined First Liberty Institute in October 2020 after serving as First Assistant Attorney General of Texas. As First Assistant Attorney General from March 2016 through October 2020, Jeff oversaw all operations of the Texas Attorney’s General Office, which included over 30,000 active cases, almost 800 attorneys and 4,200 employees, and a bi-annual budget of over $1.1 billion.Prior to joining the Texas Attorney General’s office, Jeff served as General Counsel of First Liberty Institute from February 2010 to March 2016. Jeff was in private litigation practice from 1990 to 2010 at a large Dallas law firm and litigation boutique firms.During his thirty-year legal career, Jeff has represented clients ranging from large international organizations to local businesses, schools, ministries, churches and individuals in complex federal and state court actions involving religious liberty, civil rights, employment, intellectual property and business matters. In private practice, his clients included the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Citigroup, CNA, ConAgra Foods, former officers and directors of EDS, Ford Motor Company, Pilgrim’s Pride and PNC Bank. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in both federal and state courts, and has successfully argued before the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and Texas appellate courts.In addition to having received an A-V rating by Martindale-Hubbell, Jeff has been honored as a Texas Rising Star and Texas Super Lawyer. He received his undergraduate education at Dickinson College, where he graduated with honors in 1987, and his legal education at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with honors in 1990. While in law school, he served as an editor of the law review. He is licensed to practice law by the state of Texas and is admitted to practice before all Texas State and Federal District Courts, the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

He is currently the National Spokesperson and Special Assistant to the President. Convoy of Hope is an international humanitarian relief organization. Prior to coming to Convoy of Hope, Jeff served as the General Manager of Media Ministries for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Director of Television Ministries for Willie George Ministries, and Network Operations Manager for the LeSEA Broadcasting Network. Prior to that Jeff served as Youth Pastor for Calvary Temple in Ft. Wayne, IN. Jeff grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA and has also lived in Indiana, Ohio and Oklahoma. Jeff Schreve became the Pastor of First Baptist Church Texarkana in February of 2003 and founded From His Heart Ministries in late 2004. He previously served on staff at Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. After spending twelve years in the business world as a salesman, God called Jeff to preach. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December of 2000 and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in December of 2014. Jeff is a passionate communicator whose love for the Lord and love for people comes out in every sermon he preaches. He is the author of several books, including his most recent, The Promise of Eternity. Pastor Jeff hosts the morning radio program, Real Truth for Today, that airs weekdays on American Family radio. He is also host of the pray.com Weekly Wisdom Podcast. Jeff met his wife, Debbie, in the Singles Department at Champion Forest Baptist Church in 1985. While at Clemson, he worked as a research technician in a plant breeding/genetics program, with a research focus in the area of quantitative and physiological genetics in soybean. After receiving his Ph.D., he worked at a genomics institute and became a faculty member in the Department of Genetics and Biochemistry at Clemson. He had become a Christian as an undergraduate at Washington State University in 1982, with a goal to eventually work as a scientist and author in the creation science field. In 2009, Dr. Tomkins joined the Institute for Creation Research as Research Associate and in 2016 was appointed Director of Life Sciences. He is the primary author of The Design and Complexity of the Cell and a contributor to Guide to Creation Basics and Creation Basics & Beyond.
