Samuel Gregg is Distinguished Fellow in Political Economy and Senior Research Faculty at the American Institute for Economic Research. He has a D.Phil. in moral philosophy and political economy from Oxford University, and an M.A. in political philosophy from the University of Melbourne. He has written and spoken extensively on questions of political economy, economic history, monetary theory and policy, and natural law theory. He is the author of sixteen books. Many of his books and over 400 articles and opinion pieces have been translated into a variety of languages. He is also a Contributor to Law and Liberty, a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, an Affiliate Scholar at the Acton Institute, a Fellow of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. He also serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Heritage Foundation. He has published in numerous journals. He is a regular writer of opinion-pieces which appear in major publications. He has served as an editorial consultant. He has also been cited in the many conservative newspapers. In 2001, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, and a Member of the Mont Pèlerin Society in 2004. In 2008, he was elected a member of the Philadelphia Society, and a member of the Royal Economic Society. In 2017, he was made a Fellow of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. He served as President of the Philadelphia Society from 2019-2021. He is the General Editor of Lexington Books’ Studies in Ethics and Economics Series. He also sits on several Academic Advisory andl editorial boards.

Sam Griffith is a retired Justice on the Texas Twelfth Court of Appeals, a position to which he was elected three times, twice unopposed. As a high school senior, he worked after school each day full time in a manufacturing factory, then worked his way through college and graduate school, and through law school. Before being elected an appellate justice in 2000, he was a trial court judge and trial lawyer. He earned two legal specialization certifications from the Texas State Bar Association’s Board of Legal Specialization, an achievement of less than three percent of Texas lawyers. Outside of the court room, Judge Griffith taught U.S. Constitutional Law at universities in Iraq and China, preached through northern Iraq and South Sudan, funded twelve water wells in South Sudan, and built homes for earthquake survivors in Nepal. In addition, he co-founded a vegetable-growing ministry that was featured in a New York Times article and which, in five years provided more than one hundred tons of vegetables for local food banks.

A sought-after voice among media and government leaders, in 2017 he became the first Hispanic evangelical pastor to offer a prayer at a US presidential inauguration. Rodriguez has advised several US presidents and frequently is quoted or appears on prominent media, such as the Washington Post, Fox News, ABC, NPR, the Wall Street Journal, and Christianity Today. In 2013 he was nominated by Time magazine to the list of one hundred of the “most influential people in the world.” Rodriguez earned his master’s degree in educational leadership from Lehigh University and is the author of The Lamb’s Agenda and the best-seller Be Light. Sarah C. Geis received her Master’s degree in philosophy of religion from Denver Seminary in 2012, and is beginning Ph.D. work in philosophy of religion at the University of Birmingham. Since graduating from Denver Seminary, she has taught undergraduate Introduction to Philosophy and Introduction to Ethics at Community College of Aurora, as well as graduate-level philosophy, apologetics, religious pluralism, and Christian ethics at Denver Seminary. She is also a faculty mentor for Columbia Evangelical Seminary. In 2013, along with Douglas Groothuis, she co-founded The Gordon Lewis Center for Christian Thought and Culture at Denver Seminary, a Christian education outreach to Denver, which she currently co-directs. She has published work in The Christian Research Journal, Denver Journal, on the popular Patheos web page, and the well-established journal, Bibliotheca Sacra. Sarah is also a painter and former full-time horse trainer. Her passion is to pursue truth through careful reason and to help other do the same.
