“Your someday is today.” These words energize Danny Yamashiro and describe why this Ivy League graduate, MIT chaplain, brain trauma survivor, talk show host, author, and speaker has dedicated his life to serving some of humanity’s greatest needs. Danny is also motivated by the spiritual, social, and intellectual influences on world leaders and is focused on helping facilitate healthy engagement in the halls of learning through events like the Cambridge Roundtable on Science & Religion, a program funded by the John Templeton Foundation that is coordinated by Rev. Dave Thom, the Faculty Chaplain at MIT. Growing up in Hawaii, Danny heard his father tell of bombs exploding and seeing smoke rise over Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Danny’s neighborhood sat between two historic military outposts: Tripler Army Medical Center and Fort Shafter. He studied theology for his bachelor’s degree, earned two master’s degrees – one from a seminary, the other concentrating in government from Harvard, and a doctorate that included studies at Oxford and research at ten presidential library archives. An ordained minister, Danny is the founder and president of a faith based non-profit organization. He has experienced life in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, North America, the Pacific Islands, and South America. He lives with his wife Jamie in Brookline, Massachusetts. They have three adult children.

Danny Yohannan was raised in the ministry of Gospel for Asia. His father, Dr. K.P. Yohannan, is the Founder and Director of Gospel for Asia. With his father’s demanding schedule, Daniel traveled with his family to India every summer visiting different areas of the mission field. Now, Danny has made the ministry of GFA his own. At a very young age, Danny sensed the Lord calling him to reach those who have never heard the Gospel. After high school, he traveled to India to attend the Gospel for Asia Biblical Seminary, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree and a Master of Divinity degree. Shortly after graduating, Danny traveled to North India, worked in Delhi, and later served in Nepal before returning to South India. During his time in Nepal, he was privileged to minister in some of the most remote areas of the country. Danny’s hunger for studying and teaching God’s Word never ceased, and he was eager to accept the Lord’s calling to pastor a church at the Seminary. Today, as vice-president of Gospel for Asia, Danny spends much of his time on the mission field working alongside GFA’s leaders and serving at GFA’s U.S. office in Wills Point, Texas. He frequently travels within the United States to speak at conferences and churches. His wife, Erika, works alongside him in the ministry. They have three small children.

Darin Kinder's life was forever changed on 9/11 when he survived the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center. As a 25-year Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, he has protected U.S. Presidents and faced dangers that few can imagine. But more than that, he's a man who believes he is called to live boldly and serve faithfully. He's also the author of Bury Me in a Dirty Suit, a compelling new memoir that explores what it means to lead with integrity, serve others sacrificially, and step into the mess when it matters most. Darin shares his story not for spectacle – but to point others toward Christ-centered resilience, redemptive teamwork, and purpose-filled work. He challenges Christ-followers to be agents of light in this present darkness and to courageously pursue their God-ordained purpose. Darin founded Fierce Faith, a Christian organization that encourages men to live purposefully serving God. He is a sought-after speaker and frequent podcast guest. Darin and his wife Heather live in Texas, where they are training-up their four sons. When he’s not challenging believers to live with valiant purpose, he’s at home investing in his wife—his partner since 1998—and their four sons. He’s a graduate of James Madison University and a former U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, having served for 25 years. He loves the mountains, baseball, and bold adventure.
