Brenda will share her knowledge on Popular U.S. Historic Sites. In the second hour, Kerby talks with Caitlin Connors, Southern Regional Director for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America. Caitlin and Kerby will discuss abortion, medicine, ethics, and the FDA Abortion Kill Pill.

Brenda Hafera is the Assistant Director and Research Fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s B. Kenneth Simon Center for American Studies. She previously served as the Director of International and Continuing Education at The Fund for American Studies and the Assistant Director of the Matthew J. Ryan Center for the Study of Free Institutions and the Public Good at Villanova University.

Brenda holds a bachelor of arts in Political Science, a bachelor of science in Finance, and a master’s in Political Science from Villanova University. She was a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute and a James Madison Fellow at Hillsdale College. Her articles have appeared in publications such as Modern Age, The Federalist, Law and Liberty, The National Interest, RealClear Public Affairs, and The Hill.

Caitlin Connors is a native of Birmingham, AL and graduated from the University of Alabama where she served as the chair of her College Republican chapter. Her involvement for the pro-life cause stems from her Catholic faith and began early in life by attending multiple trips to the March for Life.

Following graduation, she moved to Washington, DC and began working with Susan B. Anthony List in February of 2016. During her time with SBA List in Washington, DC, she served as the Political Coordinator and Political Director.

Caitlin moved back to Birmingham, AL with her husband, Fletcher and baby boy, Hugh, and now serves as the SBA Southern Regional Director. In this capacity, Caitlin focuses on political and legislative affairs in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
