William Barclay is a political theorist and private consultant. For over a decade, he has worked together with a diverse array of international political actors, organizations, and community leaders, in order to inform policy and help successfully resolve various unique political challenges throughout Europe and North America.

Moreover, William is frequently invited to participate in emergent human rights discourse and provide his insights to the news media and international political forums, such as the UN Human Rights Council, the European Parliament, UC Berkeley, and University of Oxford.

Steven Mosley is a Christian, conservative, college administrator, school choice advocate, and former candidate for School Board in blue Fairfax County, VA.
As a Christian, he believes that the most important thing in life is to love God and to love people by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has dedicated his adult-life to ministry. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion, MA in Theological Studies, and a second master's in religious education. While at Liberty, he met his wife, Patrina. We have been sharing life and ministry together for the last 14 years.
